Just a quick update. I’m back in hospital for a couple of nights. I’m finding it so hard to eat or drink that my blood pressure is very low, my diarrhoea is back and my temperature very high as I’ve picked up an infection. It’s the best place for me so no complaints. Marc and Sarah, Cara, Tessa and Joe all arrive tomorrow to take over Xmas with Eve, Des and little Solomon in the sidelines helping too. I feel like the Queen of Sheba!! Ha ha. I will be home for Xmas.
Hi Ceri, well at least you have time to get some treatment before Xmas.
Let the others take the strain and focus on building up your strength .
Thinking of you – be a good patient 🙂

Ah Ceri that’s crap. But as you say, you’re in the right place, gathering your strength, and your superpowers (cheerfulness and positivity) can have a little recharge. Sending good vibes and so much love xXx

Bummer, yes. But back for Christmas, sitting in state on the settee, feeling better, letting your fabulous family take all the strain of cooking, cleaning etc.. You got the decorations done for them so they can now do for you. Carry on Queen of Sheba. xxxxxxx

Big hugs

Stay warm and snug in your bed and let the experts figure out the best nourishment for you. May not be turkey and all the trimmings this year more like milk shakes, i suspect! So glad the kids will be there waiting for you when you get home. Praying you’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days XXXXX

Oh Ceri, you are having a rough time!! As you say, you are in the right place! Rest and let the drugs and nutrition do their work. Don’t worry about Christmas, it sounds like your amazing family have that all under control!
Sending love and positive thoughts

Ceri – hi – another hurdle hits – and you respond with an admirable positive attitude – but, you know, of course you do, that Xmas is just another day even tho we all like to invest it with enormous significance, and if it turns out you need a bit longer, so be it – if you make it home, well that’s wonderful of course – if you need more time, am sure you will just go with it – wishing you peace, love and happiness wherever you find yourself – lots of love, Linda xxx
